If you want to set up your static IP, please click the link
- Download and install HLDS update tool.... This will download all necessary files that are needed to run the server.. (link at the bottom) Use Media fire link for your easy...
- Then Port Forward your Router.... If you do not know how to port forward, search the internet..
- Open HLDS (new hlds that is download during hlds update)
- Chnage Map and Set Network to Internet
- Set the UDP port to 27015 or 2016.
- Change setting, e.g, Freeze Time, Starting Money.
- Note your IP (192.168.x.x:27015-6), this will be your Local Ip, you will connect to your server with this IP.
- Open www.cmyip.com to check your international IP. This is the Ip you will give it to your friends.. But your friends should type your UDP port after your IP. It will look like this: 39.56.152.196:27015 or 39.56.152.196:27016. (This is my IP okay)
- Enjoy with your friends with CS.
