Outlook.com gets connected with Google Talk instant messenger

Microsoft continues to offer more features through their Outlook.com platform to target Gmail users.

The latest update brings support for Google Talk integration. Outlook.com users can now directly connect with their friends on Google Chat and chat from within the website.

All you need is to authorize connection with your Google account from Outlook.com to enable the connectivity.

Microsoft said:

Google chat integration will be available to everyone worldwide in the next few days. While it’s rolling out, you might notice a few quirks if you’re jumping around between SkyDrive and Outlook.com, but that will be resolved as soon as the rollout is
